Teacher Documents are now accessible directly from the LEARNING SITUATIONS section:  
  • For INDIVIDUAL Learning Situations, just click on any course, then on the learning situation you wish to access.  If teacher documents exist, you will see a folder named Teacher in the Google Drive.
  • For MULTI-LEVEL Learning Situations, if teacher documents exist, you will see a TEACHER button on the page for the specific learning situation. This will take you to the teacher documents.
  • For ALEXANDRIE Learning Situations, the teacher documents have always been accessible directly on the Alexandrie website along with student documents.  This website takes you directly to all documents for the learning situations available on Alexandrie.

Evaluation Grids for Secondary 3 are now available in the TEACHER RESOURCES/GRIDS section.  These grids are identical in content to the BIM evaluation grids, but have been adapted to fit on one page.

For teachers looking to offer ANG 5555 next year (until the new optional courses are available), please note that a pretest has been added to the ANG 5555 padlet created by Fran Brandow.  To find this pretest, go to COURSES/OPTIONAL COURSES and click on the ANG 5555 button.  The pretest can be found at the bottom of the padlet.

We have made some important changes/additions to the website:
  • Suggested Evaluation Grids for FBC have been added to the GRIDS section of TEACHER RESOURCES 
  • We are reworking the Instructional Grids for FBC and these will be available soon
  • Important information on the Optional Courses is available in the COURSES section of the website
  • Correction made to the weighting of the 2.2 sub-criteria in ANG 5101 and ANG 5102 Instructional Grids

Some changes have been made to the organization of the site:
  • NEWS has been moved to the homepage, so it is always visible!
  • The TEACHER RESOURCES section has been reorganized and expanded to include brief explanations of the resources
  • A TEACHER TRAINING section has been added to TEACHER RESOURCES with tools to help in the implementation of the new programs as well as other valuable resources for professional development
  • CONTACT US has been moved to the ABOUT US section (formerly TEACHERS)

You can now access the Learning Situations from Alexandrie directly from this site!  Just select LEARNING SITUATIONS from the main menu and click on Alexandrie.  From there, you can select the course you would like learning situations for.  One-stop shopping!
     
We are working on improving the RESOURCES section for each course.  The changes we make are based on what helped our students.  We hope these resources can be helpful to your and your students as well.  Please check them out regularly as they are still under construction!

To facilitate teachers having difficulty downloading the ZIP files containing courses descriptions from the MEES Website, a new section has been created in TEACHER RESOURCES called Program Information where the following documents can be easily accessed:
